About Wage Claim Map: Sources and Contact

Wage Claim Map is a free, plain-English guide for workers who were not paid what they earned: unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, a final paycheck that never came, illegal deductions or stolen tips. For each state we explain where to file, the deadlines, the minimum wage, the final-paycheck rules and what an employer may owe on top.

We are not a law firm and not a government agency, and we don't represent anyone. We link to official sources: state labor departments, state statutes and the US Department of Labor.
